Victor: The best way to describe manager Victor Malaghaes is the warm greeting he offers everytime you come in and the follow through of ensuring a pleasant meal.
Chef Angelo: Angeo began his cooking career at "When in Rome" in Encinitas. He moved on to Cafe Roma in La Jolla, Belle Fleur, L'Auberge in Del Mar, before moving to Scalini's. It was at Scalini's where he joined the popular Executive Chef Antonio Viscitto and refined his culinary skills under his tutelage. When Antonio and Salvatore opened Villa Capri, Angelo joined them. Seven years ago when Villa Capri 2 opened, under the guidance of Chef Viscitto Angelo became head chef. Most recently Angelo has been preparing our popular monthly wine dinners, which gives Chef Angelo the opportunity to bring together and prepare flavors from around the world.
Brian : Bar Manager and Wine Enthusiast, Brian has been with Villa Capri 2 since it opened our doors as the bar manager. He is the Sam of Cheers, it's important to him he know your name, your pour and your team's score. Come on by and try one of his locally famous raspberry martini's. Over the years Brian has been working closely with wine purveyors and vendors to provide a wide selection of wine and spirits to stock your favorites. He works closely with Chef Angleo to pair the wine selection with the menu for the wine dinners.
